Prohibited Conduct
The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
- Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on 4 crickex, whether in your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited.
- Fraudulent deposits: Initiating chargebacks, using stolen payment credentials, or depositing funds through accounts that do not belong to you.
- Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through coordinated betting patterns, collusion with other players, or the use of duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
- Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on non-public information or in connection with any attempt to fix, manipulate, or corrupt the outcome of any sporting event.

- Money laundering: Using 4 crickex as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are monitored and reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

Zero Tolerance Policy: 4 crickex operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Accounts found in breach of these prohibitions will be closed without notice and all associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation. 4 crickex cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units where required by law.
Account Suspension and Closure
4 crickex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7 above, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, and conduct that the platform reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of its operations or the wellbeing of the player.
Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your 4 crickex account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at support@4-crickex.vip. Closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
Self-exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so via the responsible gaming tools in their account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal). 4 crickex reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that have been dormant for 24 months may be closed without further notice.
Effect of closure: Upon account closure, all pending bets will be settled according to standard rules and any net winnings will be included in the final balance calculation. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be voided at the time of closure. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except where the closure resulted from a platform error — in which case the player should contact support within 30 days.
