Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the 4 crickex platform located at 4-crickex.vip, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 4 crickex (the platform operator).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 4 crickex platform. Continued use of the platform after any update or revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. 4 crickex reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last reviewed and updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered through 4-crickex.vip, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other listed sports), live casino games, slots, arcade and virtual games, promotional bonuses, customer support interactions, and all financial transactions conducted through the platform's cashier.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an active account on 4 crickex, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute minimum and is not subject to any exception.

Account Registration and Management

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 4 crickex does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.

Transaction Limits

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 4 crickex will only process withdrawals to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the 4 crickex account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and any such request will be declined and flagged for investigation.

Bonus and Promotions Policy

4 crickex offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses for first-time depositors, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions linked to BPL fixtures, IPL tournaments, Eid celebrations, and T20 World Cup events. All bonuses are credited in BDT.

The following rules apply to all bonuses offered on 4 crickex unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts and, where specified, associated deposit amounts must be wagered a stated number of times before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly published on the promotion detail page before the bonus is accepted.
2. Time Limits: Bonuses carry an expiry period (typically 7–30 days from credit date). Any unwagered bonus balance remaining at expiry will be voided without compensation.
3. Game Contributions: Not all game categories contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute at a variable rate depending on the odds. 4. One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses will result in the secondary bonus being voided.
5. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players whose accounts are in good standing, have completed the applicable minimum deposit, and have not previously abused bonus offers on 4 crickex.
6. No Retrospective Application: Bonuses cannot be applied retroactively to deposits made before the bonus was claimed. Deposits must be made using the specified payment method (where stated) and in the specified amount to qualify.
7. Right to Withdraw or Modify Promotions: 4 crickex reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus at the time of modification will be subject to the terms active at the point of acceptance.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting activity on 4 crickex is governed by the platform's Sportsbook Rules, and all casino gameplay is governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe). In the event of any conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence except where the game provider's rules relate to the technical operation of the game itself.

Sports Betting — General Rules

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet acceptance. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet settlement.
• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the platform and reflected in your bet history. A bet slip displayed on your device does not constitute a confirmed bet until server-side confirmation is received.
• 4 crickex reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error occurred (e.g., odds significantly out of line with the market). The player will be notified and the staked amount returned to their account balance.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at the platform's discretion — for example, during injury breaks, weather delays, or DRS reviews in cricket matches. Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be voided at the platform's discretion if the suspension was triggered by an event that would materially affect the outcome.
• Minimum bet stake: ৳50. Maximum bet stake varies by market and event and is displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Cricket markets covered include BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test and ODI fixtures, The Hundred, and Bangladesh domestic competitions. Football, kabaddi, hockey, and virtual sports are also offered.

Casino Games — General Rules

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing procedures conducted in independently certified studios.
• Minimum bets in the casino lobby start from ৳10 for slots and ৳100 for most live dealer tables. Maximum bets vary by game and table configuration.
• Malfunctions in any casino game — whether caused by software error, connectivity disruption, or provider-side technical failure — void all plays and stakes associated with the affected game session. 4 crickex is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions outside its direct control.
• Players are prohibited from using any software tool, algorithm, bot, or automated system to assist in gambling activity on 4 crickex. Detection of automated play will result in immediate account suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on 4 crickex, whether in your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited.
• Fraudulent deposits: Initiating chargebacks, using stolen payment credentials, or depositing funds through accounts that do not belong to you.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through coordinated betting patterns, collusion with other players, or the use of duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on non-public information or in connection with any attempt to fix, manipulate, or corrupt the outcome of any sporting event.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to place bets or play casino games on the platform.
• Money laundering: Using 4 crickex as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are monitored and reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward 4 crickex support staff or other players via any channel.
• Underage access: Attempting to register, deposit, or gamble on 4 crickex while under the age of 18, or providing false information about your age during registration or KYC.
• Circumventing restrictions: Using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to access 4 crickex from a jurisdiction where the platform has restricted or suspended service, or to circumvent account-level restrictions such as self-exclusion.

Account Suspension and Closure

4 crickex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7 above, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, and conduct that the platform reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of its operations or the wellbeing of the player.

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your 4 crickex account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at support@4-crickex.vip. Closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so via the responsible gaming tools in their account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. For permanent self-exclusion requests, please contact support directly. 4 crickex will not accept re-registration from a player who has applied for permanent self-exclusion.

Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal). 4 crickex reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that have been dormant for 24 months may be closed without further notice.

Effect of closure: Upon account closure, all pending bets will be settled according to standard rules and any net winnings will be included in the final balance calculation. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be voided at the time of closure. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except where the closure resulted from a platform error — in which case the player should contact support within 30 days.
